Bellofram Corporation Establishes

Bellofram Silicones

Bellofram Corporation, Newell, WV, has acquired the Milton Silicone Division from MTI Specialty Silicones, Inc., of Toronto, Canada, a long time developer and producer of specialty silicone products and compounds. MTI Specialty Silicones was a blending of Mold Ex of Milton Florida, and Groendyk Manufacturing Company, formerly located in Buchanan, VA. Bellofram Corporation, headquartered in Newell, WV, Diaphragm Division, develops and produces elastomeric diaphragms for use on a worldwide market.

Operations in Milton will transfer to the Bellofram facility in Newell WV., headquarters for design, production and distribution of rubber products and several instrumentation product lines. Most of Milton designs, quality, documentation, and production will continue to operate within the newly formed Bellofram Silicones Division.

Production and Customer Support will move from the current location in Milton FL. to the Marsh Bellofram facility in Newell, West Virginia during the summer of 2010 with completion in the fall of 2010.

During the transition, customer service will continue to be provided by Peggy Byrd and Kathleen Bernard in Milton.
